Why Que17?
Que17 Barbecue carries the name and memory of our son Bryce, who passed away at seventeen. Bryce was built different — he loved good food, real gatherings, and the moments that only happen around a fire with friends and family. We built Que17 in his honor: doing things with intention, and doing them right.
A reason to gather
That's what a fire does. It gives people something to stand around while the conversation finds its own way — by the time the food hits the table, the connection is already there.
